Keep Your Shape Up

I am always dreaming of my old body shape back but I know it’s impossible since I gained too much weight already and it’s too hard for me to have it back especially when I am not doing something to lose weight. I am so lazy to go to the gym which is only a walking distance from our apartment.  I am already thirty and I know how much I need an exercise. I am experiencing different discomfort in my body these days, I am not sure if it’s all in the mind or my body is really aging already! My legs are hurting when I jog, my hands are cramping when I am crocheting and my back is aching. Am I that old or my body was just lack of exercise? I guess I really need start to work out again before it’s too late and before I get a laser back surgery at this age.
