The hardest part of putting up a business, aside from finding a suitable location and starting it, is finding capable, reliable, and dependable employees. That’s because you actually have no way of finding out the background and personality of a potential employee not unless you’ve spent more than enough time with him. Take for example what happened to a daycare center in Chicago. It was found to have a registered sex offender as one of its employees working in its kitchens. The center is trying to deny that they had knowledge of it. However, they should have done background checks on their employees to see if they are fit to work in such an environment.
